Doménica begins to doubt Genaro and orders him to hand over the farm's accounts since his arrival. Genaro is in shock because he knows he has done wrong. Kiara overhears Genaro saying he wants to get rid of Doménica, so she interrupts him and proposes an alliance. Doménica arrives at the "Espejo de Luna" farm to reconcile with Luis Fernando, but during their conversation, he innocently mentions Max Langer, and she explodes in anger, slapping him. Silvia and Kiara decide to sell Doménica's engagement ring, but everything goes wrong when Silvia starts playing with the ring in the car. Kiara gets distracted and accidentally runs over a pregnant woman, unaware that she is Luis Fernando's sister-in-law.
