When a masked man, the World User, steals half of the Master Orb, Linne's world begins to collapse. Linne decides to pursue the World User in order to retrieve her world's Master Orb. They head to another world that, like Linne's, is on the brink of destruction. There, Linne and her friends meet a girl named Masamune who calls herself "Guardian Sword."
