Colin has made friends with a toy rubber duck called Nigel and wants to include him in a Veggie funfair at Mr Bloom's fete in East Anglia. By taking inspiration from some floating gardens on the River Thames, and some pond-dipping at the fete, the Tiddlers create the perfect game!
