Baby Rocky wants to surprise his dad and the Father's Day with an aerial banner. Unfortunately, Baby Rocky has an engine failure and crash-lands somewhere in the city. Super Truck becomes a Police Truck to find rocky, rescue him and help him fix the surprise for his dad.
