Seo-gyeong has a drink with Geon-wu at a hotel bar. After he leaves, she calls her husband and asks him to meet her there. Tae-hyeon already knew she was there because of So-young’s phone call and is anxious. After a silent debate with himself, he goes to meet Seo-gyeong at the bar. Gyeong-sun scolds her son for not leaving Seo-gyeong and Geon-wu becomes angry with her and tells her that nothing can stop him now. Seo-gyeong tells Tae-hyeon that she is in love with another man and that she can’t stop. Although shocked by her confession, Tae-hyeon asks her not to leave him because he still loves her. He begs her to reconsider, reminding her of her duty to their son, Wu-ram. But Seo-gyeong tells him that she can’t live a lie anymore. Meanwhile, Se-yeong is surprised when she sees her husband looking at a picture of Seo-gyeong on his computer.
