Amanda takes on the house of two busy doctors and their children, but when she names Dustin project manager, drama ensues on all sides. After a miserable couple of weeks of stressful travel, long hours and unhealthy eating and drinking, the Amandas try one of Rachel's detox cleanses but it proves to be toxic.
