Since Oscar's been spending so much time with Bobby, Porter's has been left with gaps in his day. So Bobby suggests he get a hobby and he tries his hand at falconry. This episode introduces the recurring characters of Rose, Oscar's classmate, and her carpool driving single mom Marilyn.
