Rishiri - From sea to summit (1x107)

Rishiri Island, off Hokkaido. The island was formed by volcanic eruptions. The symmetrical conic shape of the island, which looks like a mountain in the middle of the sea, fascinates visitors. Every year from June to September, when the slopes are not covered with snow, climbers flock to the island and head for the summit of this beautiful mountain.
