I catch many Banana Prawns ( Shrimp, Scampi ) with a cast net up a tropical creek from my boat, cook some up for a delicious snack and after catching a few fish I cook up the rest in Gow Chee wrappers on a tropical beach as prawn and pork dumplings using bacon instead of pork so tasty and fresh.
