Reporter Samantha Poling goes undercover to show how major drug dealers and money launderers are making a mockery of high-profile laws designed to take the proceeds of their crime. And the programme discovers the Crown is now reduced to making deals with criminals that can result in a drug dealer paying less "tax" than the rest of the population.
