Cross Spider is invited to the autumn meeting of spiders, where the gathered folks are preparing to travel south from the cold, with the hot air balloon made by the Room Spider. Cross Spider does not want to go with them, and rather visits his friend Water Spider: they travel underwater in a submerged bottle, marveling at the beautiful water world.
