Val and Nando Chang are back in the studio to cook up some more Nikkei dishes. This time we’re diving into the world of entrees and sides: from a vibrant crab salad to an insane spiced oxtail. We then close it out with some fire sweet potato donuts that can be mixed and matched with unique toppings like caviar and a banana cream sauce.
