i love fashion but i wouldn't consider myself a fashion nerd. i'm not super educated on the history of fashion and so that’s why i'm excited to speak to richard thompson ford. he’s a stanford law professor and fashion history expert. richard’s also the author of several books, including “dress codes: how the laws of fashion made history.” he’s dug deep into fashion as a system of power, how the written and unwritten rules of fashion have evolved and influenced what we wear today. so let’s welcome richard thompson ford.
