The police are desperately trying to apprehend a female drink driver. The speeding motorist just won't stop, and with pursuing police unable to stop her, they decide to throw down stop sticks which should puncture all the offenders' car tyres. It's a difficult and dangerous task on a dark, wet, and busy motorway.
