Eddie has a proposition for the Mullen family when he asks for their help to plan a surprise wedding for Theresa. On the day of the big match at Nottingham, Gary phones Gabby and tells her that her time off work has been canceled and they need her in. Gabby is furious, nothing is going to stop her playing after all the training she has done.
