Didi earns his money - not a lot of it - as a gigolo in a bar. When he meets the beautiful, rich Marlies, he fibs to her that he is also rich. A house concert at her parents', the Haferkamps, provides an opportunity to introduce Didi to them. But the Haferkamps' father remembers seeing the young man in action. As a result, the house concert goes rather awry.
