Yerkin tells a story about the disappearance of cars from officials. The cars of civil servants are disappearing. And steals their well-known militia character named "statist". This newly-minted Detochkin turns out to be the talented Vanya, whom no one can catch. Vanya has a fiancee. She is completely unaware of what the groom is doing. Vanya wants to "tie up" forever, but he must make the last hijacking. And of course, the last case is not given to him as easily as all the previous ones. Everything doesn't go according to plan...
