Chef Richie Farina hits the road in search of cutting-edge culinary competition, and he finds it at the Pima County Fair outside Tucson, Arizona. He takes on Nate Janousek of Texas Steak Out and his deep-fried carnival twist on nachos supreme. Richie has just 24 hours to come up with his own version of Nate's insane nachos before a head-to-head cook-off, judged by fairgoers, decides the winner.
