Philippos Razis, general surgeon at the "Agios Simeon" public hospital, at the end of his shift, finds a 10-year-old Roma girl abandoned outside the hospital. He immediately takes her to the emergency room and decides to operate on her, because no other colleague is available. In the surgery he quickly realizes that something is wrong with the girl and this makes him suspicious.
