Misael surprises Rebeca by assuring her that he accepted her custody because of the love he has for her, and it is time to start being happy. She asks him for forgiveness if she hurt him. Mónica reveals that Misael's real father is Mauricio, and she confesses that she made the whole family believe that she was expecting Adolfo's child to marry him. Mónica has a heated discussion with Cristina and makes evident the resentment she has towards her, since her sister was always her perfect daughter and preferred by her parents. Misael does not forgive Mónica for agreeing to let him end Mauricio and concludes that he also hurt her sister Dulce. Rebeca looks for Angelli and José Emilio with the intention of apologizing; they demand that she not continue lying about her amnesia and accept that she ended up with Alma.
