On the deserted Manhattan docks, a young boy named Billy witnesses a titanic battle between Kong and a giant Cyber-Rat creature. After the battle, Billy finds one of the Cyber-links. He uses it to merge with a cat, but the link was damaged and the merger creates a giant, formless, creature. Kong attempts to subdue it, but does not want to use force on the innocent boy. The police move in and prepare to destroy the creature. Tann finds out about the creature's true nature from Billy's sister and airlifts Lua to the top of the creature. Lua removes the Cyber-Link returning Billy and the cat to normal.
