i've always been somebody who felt comfortable being incredibly vulnerable in real life and online. what does that say about me? after reading through the reasons why humans overshare, it seems like the line between oversharing and being vulnerable is very blurred. so today i wanted to dig into what the difference is between oversharing and being healthily vulnerable with others.
