this one is a bit different. normally before i do episodes i have everything all figured out (ok at least i try to). gonna be real with you guys, i don’t have all the answers here. i’ve dealt with this issue for years, and it’s been quite a journey, but i’ve learned a lot that i want to share that can hopefully help some of you. let’s work on it together.
