ok bear with me because i'm running on no sleep and drinking coffee right before bed BUT i've had a revelation recently in life about the phrase quality over quantity. we know quality is better, but i think quantity can also negatively impact us too. friendships, clothes, etc. we think we want more but honestly, it can end up hurting us in the end.
