Crockor is busy storing power in his laboratory so he can create his Sand Creatures--enough of them to control the entire ocean. Crockor picks up Moby and the boys on his radar and wants to capture them so they don't ruin his plans. They must do battle with Crockor and his Sand Creatures or the ocean may forever be in the hands of the evil genius.
