It's summer and work is scarce. Laziness and boredom take over. A death at the seaside provides the perfect opportunity for a relaxing trip. Soon, Tante Vie and Willie are sunbathing on the beach. Since Willie can't swim but still wants to go in the sea, he comes up with the idea of taking the empty coffin out of the hearse and using it as a boat.
