Adrian explores the region’s 5,000-year history beginning in Boyne Valley before meeting chef Richard Corrigan at Virginia Park Lodge, an 18th-century estate set amid 100 acres of breathtaking grounds. He then travels to Howth to meet the artist Jim Fitzpatrick, gets on the Dart train for a picturesque ride along the alluring coast, and then gets on a bike to ride over the impressive Kilmacthomas Viaduct.
