A prototype cargo transport craft employing WISE (Wing In Surface Effect) technology launches when it suddenly goes out of control. Complicating matters for D.I.C.E. as they try to stop the craft and rescue the crew is the fact that the supposed cargo ship is in fact a military attack vessel!
