Sogo Tokiwa is an 18-year-old high school student who dreams of becoming a king. After discovering a mysterious watch-like device, Sogo encounters two time travelers: a resistance fighter named Geiz Myōkōin and a woman named Tsukuyomi, who reveals that Sogo became a tyrannical dictator known as Ohma Zi-O in the year 2068.
