How Did the Weimar Government Work? (2018x27)

So I've made quite a few videos on the Weimar Republic so far without having gone into how the system functioned (which is in itself a controversial statement.) I've decided therefore to dedicate a video to how the government of the Weimar Republic worked, looking at the roles of the president, the chancellor and institutions inside the country called the Reichstag and the Reichsrat as well as the voting system and some random additions that I threw in there.
