Fernando Peire tries to help the owner of a restaurant in Northampton turn around her establishment's fortunes. He addresses the problems experienced during his undercover visit, which include waitresses who seem more interested in each other than the customers they serve, spelling mistakes on the menu and unappealing decor, and prepares the staff for a relaunch.
