When Dr Ayşe hears the story of Osman, who watched his mother get murdered during a wedding procession was afterwards taken to an orphanage which is where he grew up, and this story deeply effects her. The Doctor Tries a different tactic to get Alya to speak of her past, by explaining different stories to her. Dr. Piraye is trying to figure out the underlaying reason for Ahmet’s feeling of guilt, and then we have Melida who is slowly giving up on her desire to live, so she has a very intense conversation with the Doctor.
