Certain dishes were made for springtime. On today's episode of Everyday Food, we're going to show you how to make three meals that celebrate the flavors of springtime. First, Lucinda wows us with Roasted Salmon with Herbed Yogurt. Served with a side of Lemony Smashed Potatoes. Then John prepares Garlic-Roasted Leg of Lamb. He serves it with a side of Israeli Couscous with Parsley and Shallots. In today's "Have You Tried?": Watercress, Anna will show you how to shop and store this delicious peppery green. And it's especially perfect for simple salads like our Watercress Salad with Manchego and Orange.
