Noah alerts the police after seeing the body of a woman on the banks of the Seine. But the victim is not dead and the coroner manages to resuscitate him in extremis. Arriving at the hospital, she runs away in the middle of an examination. Everything suggests that the young woman, visibly traumatized, was raped. Soon after, her boyfriend, David Millot, is found dead at the scene of a historical game.
