These homeowners want to make their great room more inviting, so Josh Temple, licensed contractor and host of DIY Network's House Crashers, takes on the challenge by creating the ultimate holiday entertaining mecca. A boring fireplace is transformed with cement tiles, a rustic mantle and a gas insert. A custom bar with tin ceiling tiles is built adjacent to a 10-foot folding door which opens up to a huge new deck. Finally, the space is decked with all the holiday trimmings.
