Meanwhile, Mondo plans to sabotage the new zords Billy and Alpha are constructing, so that his new monster-machine, the Staroid, can demolish the city! Also, Bulk & Skull take a time-out from bossing Goldar & Rito around to give their Patrol Bike a test run, which doesn't turn out as planned.
