Greg Kulander, father of three, and Tracy Walker, mother of two, met online and eventually decided to move in together, merging their families. Greg and his kids moved into Tracy's 3,500-square foot home, but they soon realized it's not big enough for this blended family. With a budget of up to $850,000, they're hoping to find a home with five or six bedrooms and three bathrooms on a big piece of land close to downtown Portland. Although their budget is substantial, their demands for a home could prove to be tough to meet.
