She's moved to the small town of Rome, Georgia to be close to family, and wants to buy a home that's close to the city center where the action is. But her grown daughter, Brandie, would rather see her mom buy in a quiet suburb, and while Connie's open to a fixer, Brandie insists that she finds something more move-in ready, so she can start her new single life hassle-free. But with a budget of just $70,000, both women will be forced to compromise.
