After spending just over a year in Florida, Greg and Karyn have returned to Litchfield County, Connecticut, to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Now they're ready to trade their condo for a house with more space for family get togethers. But finding a home that has lake access, lots of land, historic charm and an open floor plan is going to be tough.
