They were shocked to find that they couldn't open their front door. Paul Buckingham bought ten windows and found they made a whistling noise. Dom gets on the phone to the head of Customer Standards to try to get a resolution. Dom also meets the motorist who was a victim of fraud after looking to buy a car over the internet and discovers that new and used cars can come with a huge range of warranties - but are they any good?
