Another failed start for Lapinhibernatus, the electric suction cup of his teleporter was stolen from him. He takes his suction cup back from the thief, but the latter has him arrested by a rabbid cop. Treated as a thief, Lapinhibernatus is arrested and handcuffed by the expert rabbit. The thief takes advantage of the situation to steal the plunger again and flee with the cop's lawnmower. Having lost the key to the handcuffs, the expert moron finds himself bound to Lapinhibernatus to go in search of the thief and the suction cup.
