Jeff Corwin embarks on a journey along the California coast to encounter some of its fauna. Jeff joins a team of biologists working to save the blue whale; works with a team from UC Santa Cruz to explore the mysterious lives of elephant seals; helps in the efforts to rescue the California condor; gets a chance to swim along playful California sea lions; and joins a team from Georgia Aquarium in a routine health assessment with the Southern sea otter.
