In Tipperary, the team of health professionals visits the Ryan family, consisting of 45-year-old Fiona, 44-year-old Tom, 12-year-old Cían, and five-year old Éanna, and baby Caitríona. After being monitored for a week, the family find out what is really going on inside their bodies, before improving their lifestyle over a period of eight weeks, aided by a new eating plan and an exercise regime.
