Cowboy X arrives on Sesame Street, marking everything with Xs, and learns about the alphabet and words containing the letter X from Big Bird, Luis, and Mr. Hooper. Various segments include Ernie and Bert's telephone antics, a Sesame Street News Flash with Prince Charming, and a musical number by Herry Monster.
