Accident-prone Mr Whoops looks after the cafe while Miss Smiley is away. Grandpa shrinks and flies off to help out just as a rather difficult customer, Lady Prigsbottom, arrives. Grandpa tries to help her see the funny side of Mr Whoops's slapstick antics.
