Arriving for their first taste of Ibiza magic in the opening episode are single ladies Chloe and Yvonne and first timers Luke, Sam, Jack and JC. Imogen gets to know her new staff and immediately bonds with Rachael, making Sophie feel left out. Conflict soon arises as Ben over-indulges in his quest to give the guests a trip to remember. Will Imogen be able to keep him in check or is she already facing a losing battle?
