When she discovers him and a friend parked on the side of the road with a smashed windshield, Harley claims they just hit a deer. But when a local boy is reported missing the next morning, Tara knows there’s more to the story. Her quest for the truth is hindered by a mysterious Little Girl whose untimely appearance puts Tara’s life in danger.
