Next stop is The Smokin’ Buddah where it’s a culinary world tour without leaving the comfort of Port Colborne, ON. Fan Rick Sheppard tells us, “Chef Kevin Echlin is really doing something different over there!” and John discovers a restaurant of exotic flavours – without the annoying tourists. John ends his journey by accepting an invitation from fan Lori Kay, “Montreal’s Icehouse – You Gotta Eat Here!” So he did!
