Adrian Edmondson travels to Dorset, where he continues to explore Britain's traditional foods, crafts and customs. He meets a couple who farm mushrooms, learns the art of scything and visits the Great Dorset Steam Fair. Adrian also cooks a local dish for a children's step-dancing group in the grounds of Kingston Lacy, a 17th-century country house
