Eun-kyung bluntly demands that Marie undergo a compatibility test, and Si-ra arrives amid the tense confrontation. Despite strong opposition from those around her, Marie decides to get a checkup to see whether she is eligible for the transplant. Meanwhile, Soon-ae, devastated by the situation, declares a hunger strike.
